Goodwin Procter, a national Am Law 50 firm, announced today that Kecia Reynolds has joined the firm’s Litigation Department in its Washington, D.C. office as a member of Goodwin’s IP Litigation Practice. She will focus on representing clients in Section 337 evidentiary hearings before the International Trade Commission, in Abbreviated New Drug Application (“ANDA”) district court litigation and in appeals before the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences. Reynolds joins Goodwin from the ITC where she was an investigative attorney in the Office of Unfair Import Investigations, working on patent and trademark infringement matters.
