Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented GE Capital as a joint bookrunner, co-lead arranger and syndication agent in the increase and extension of a $200,000,000 ABL credit facility for Global Brass and Copper, Inc, a portfolio company controlled by KPS Capital Partners, LP, in connection with Global Brass’ issuance of its $375,000,000 senior secured notes due 2019.
