Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney saw a decrease in revenue in 2009 by 2.9 percent. It dropped from $272.8 million to $264.9 million. The firm saw both profits per equity partner (PPP) as well as Revenue per lawyer (RPL) increase in 2009. PPP shot up to $590,000, an increase of 4.8 percent. RPL jumped 5.3 percent, from $565,000 to $595,000.
