Monté T. Squire has joined Duane Morris LLP as a partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group in its Wilmington office. Prior to joining Duane Morris, Squire served as an Administrative Patent Judge and member at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) in Alexandria, Virginia, from 2015 until 2021. Prior to joining Duane Morris, Squire served for several years as an administrative patent judge at the USPTO.

Barnes & Thornburg has added eight prominent lawyers, consultants and staff in Delaware, including partners Thomas McGonigle, Shawn Tucker and Michael Maimone. Top level government relations consultants, Mary Kate McLaughlin and Doug Gramiak, are also joining the firm, along with Michael DeNote as of counsel, Sawyer Traver as an associate and Whitney Potts as a paralegal.
