Weil Strengthens Regulatory Transactions Group with the Addition of Antonia Tzinova

International law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP announced today that leading national security lawyer Antonia Tzinova has joined the Firm as a partner in the Regulatory Transactions Group, based in the Washington, D.C. office. Antonia joins from Holland & Knight LLP, where she was a partner and led the CFIUS and Industrial Security team.

Antonia guides U.S. and global companies through complex trade, foreign investment and national security issues in major deals and day-to-day operations. She is known for navigating defense exports, sanctions and cross-border investments involving sensitive government and defense sectors.

She has successfully guided clients in structuring investments in sensitive sectors, conducting internal investigations and voluntary disclosures and managing compliance across an array of industries.
