Holland & Knight has strengthened its leading Tax Credit Syndication Group with the addition of Elizabeth “Liz” Young as a tax partner in its Washington, D.C., office. Prior to joining Holland & Knight, she was a partner at Nixon Peabody LLP.

With an impressive career spanning two decades, Ms. Young has built a reputation as a thoughtful, practical-minded adviser in the structuring of complex community development transactions and projects across the U.S. involving the federal low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC), New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC), historic rehabilitation tax credits (HTC) and renewable energy tax credits.
