Polsinelli Strengthens Securities & Corporate Finance Practice with Addition of New Shareholder Debbie Klis

Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli welcomes shareholder Debbie A. Klis to its national Securities & Corporate Finance practice.

With nearly two decades of experience in finance, business, securities and tax matters, Klis strengthens the firm’s Securities & Corporate Finance Practice and continues the growth in Polsinelli’s Washington, D.C. office.

“Debbie brings valuable experience in private capital raising, particularly in terms of her work representing clients raising funds through the United States Immigrant Investor Program (also known as EB-5) and her experience with crowdfunding, that we believe will be beneficial to our clients across the country,” said Polsinelli Securities & Corporate Finance Practice Chair Kevin Vold. “We look forward to introducing Debbie to clients as an important new member of our Securities & Corporate Finance team.”

“Polsinelli is known for providing outstanding client service, which stems from a solid firm foundation with great leaders,” said Klis. “I am looking forward to collaborating with my new colleagues and continuing to further my practice at a reputable national law firm, while strengthening Polsinelli’s Securities & Corporate Finance Practice with expanded capabilities.”

Klis is President and Director of Women Ambassadors for Business, Inc., and serves as Chair of the Social Action Committee of Beth Sholom Congregation.
