Based in Polsinelli’s Washington, D.C., office, Newman brings more than 25 years of experience advising clients through complex merger reviews, government investigations and strategic collaborations. Newman joins Polsinelli from Sheppard Mullin.

She regularly represents companies before the Federal Trade Commission, Department of Justice and state attorneys general in merger clearance and civil conduct matters.
