Boies Schiller Flexner LLP today announced that Jesse Panuccio, the former acting Associate Attorney General of the United States, will join the firm in Washington D.C. and Florida as a partner, focusing on high-stakes litigation and appeals, regulatory counseling, enforcement defense, and crisis management. Panuccio has served at the highest levels of the federal and Florida governments, and has handled the most difficult litigation and regulatory issues in both public service and private practice.
