Clark Hill Adds Energy Lawyer Steven Shparber in Washington, DC Office

Clark Hill PLC has announced the addition of Steven Shparber as a Member in the Environment, Energy & Natural Resources practice group in the Washington, DC office. Shparber has an extensive background as a private sector, corporate and government lawyer in advising on energy regulatory issues, independent power production and renewable energy, and distributed energy resources. Shparber is the second energy lawyer to join Clark Hill’s Washington, DC office in the last six months.  Immediately prior to joining Clark Hill, Shparber was an energy lawyer for three years at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, where he had been named partner in January 2020.
