Mr. Moran will chair the firm’s Energy and Infrastructure M&A/Finance Team and co-chair its Energy & Natural Resources Industry Sector Group. Most recently, he was a partner at DLA Piper, where he was U.S. co-chair, Projects and Infrastructure; U.S. chair, Renewable Energy; and U.S. chair, Energy M&A. Mr. Moran and Mr. Corsello practiced together at DLA Piper and prior to that at Sidley Austin and Dewey & LeBoeuf. Most recently, Mr. Corsello was with Schiff Hardin.
