Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP has strengthened its global business and cross-border trade practices with the addition of veteran attorneys Alan Enslen and John Scannapieco. They join the firm as partners in Womble Bond Dickinson’s Washington, D.C. office. Also, experienced associates Julius Bodie and Frank Xue are coming to Womble Bond Dickinson as part of this team. They come to Womble Bond Dickinson from Baker Donelson, where Enslen led that firm’s International Trade and National Security Practice and Scannapieco chaired the Global Business Team.

Vaughan, who joins the firm as a partner in the Education and Employment teams in the Business Litigation Practice Group, represents colleges, universities, and related organizations throughout the country on a variety of legal and compliance issues. In addition to his focus on higher education, Vaughan continues his more than 20 years of experience representing businesses, including international franchisors, in litigation, employment counseling and litigation, and internal investigations. Vaughan joins Womble from Lathrop GPM.
