Fried Frank Adds Brian Miner to M&A and Private Equity Practice in Washington, DC

Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP announced today that Brian Miner has joined as a partner in the Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity Practice, resident in the Firm’s Washington, DC office.

Mr. Miner has significant experience in a wide range of transactional matters, focusing on cross-border and domestic mergers, acquisitions and divestitures involving public and private companies in a wide range of industries, including life sciences, energy and manufacturing. His private equity practice focuses on acquisitions and dispositions, majority and minority investments, joint ventures and co-investment transactions. Mr. Miner also counsels corporations on corporate governance issues and takeover preparedness.

Before joining Fried Frank, Mr. Miner was a partner at Reed Smith. He received his J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law in 1997 and his B.S. from Wake Forest University in 1994.
