Dentons, the world’s leading global law firm, today announced that Fred W. Reinke and G. Richard Dodge Jr. joined as partners in the Firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. The pair augment the Firm’s well-regarded global dispute resolution offerings, and focus on insurance and financial litigation. Reinke will also been named as a US leader of the Firm’s Global Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. They will be resident in the Firm’s Washington, DC office.
Reinke’s practice includes extensive experience in complex international commercial and class action litigation, specifically surrounding European insurance and reinsurance companies and financial institutions. He advises clients on global corporate governance matters and investigations involving governmental entities, including the SEC, the Department of Justice, the Department of Labor and the Department of Commerce. Reinke also represents clients on class action defense, banking and financial transaction-related litigation, civil antitrust litigation, personal jurisdiction defense and appellate matters throughout the United States, UK, France, Germany and Brazil.
Dodge focuses his practice on civil litigation, arbitration, government investigations and internal reviews, with an emphasis on the insurance industry. He defends major insurers and financial services clients in market conduct and consumer fraud class actions, antitrust and RICO class actions, and ERISA and securities fraud class actions. Dodge also advises insurers and reinsurers on coverage disputes, including professional liability, political risk, commercial risk, employer liability, product liability, environmental liability, excess liability insurance and breach of contract actions.

Reinke is a University of Hamburg Fulbright Scholar, and earned his JD from Columbia University Law School where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone scholar and editor of the Journal of Transactional Law, and his BA, cum laude, from St. Olaf College.
Dodge holds a JD from the Georgetown University Law Center and earned his BA from Drew University.
