Clyde & Co today announces the appointment of Jeff Cottle as Head of Regulatory & Investigations, White-Collar Crime and Sanctions, Americas, and Co-Head of White-Collar Crime and Sanctions, EMEA, marking the launch of a dedicated Regulatory & Investigations (R&I) capability in the Americas. Jeff, who joins the firm from Eversheds Sutherland – where he was Co-Head of the National Security Practice and Global Co-Head of the Industrials Sector – will be based in Clyde & Co’s Washington, D.C. office and will work closely with its global network of offices.
