Willkie today announced that Sean Sandoloski has rejoined the Firm as a partner in the Litigation Department. He is based in the Washington, D.C. office. Sean most recently served as law clerk to Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh at the U.S. Supreme Court. Prior to that, Sean was counsel in Willkie’s Litigation Department. Earlier in his career, he served in various senior roles in the White House and Department of Justice.

Moore & Van Allen (MVA) has entered into a lease for new office space in Washington, D.C., establishing the firm’s fifth office and expanding its presence in one of the nation’s most important regulatory and business centers. This marks the firm’s second office outside the Carolinas, following the recent opening of its Atlanta office.
