Lisa Cabel joins Norton Rose Fulbright’s Employment and Labour Law Group in Toronto as a partner

Norton Rose Fulbright is pleased to announce that Lisa Cabel has joined our Toronto office as partner in our Employment and Labour Law (E&L) Group. She was previously at Borden Ladner Gervais.

Lisa advises public and private sector employers on a broad range of labour relations issues. She has significant experience in:
collective agreement interpretation and negotiation, collective bargaining certification applications and injunctions
employment standards, policies and contracts, employee discipline, and terminations and wrongful dismissal claims
human rights law with respect to discrimination and harassment claims

Lisa has appeared as counsel before the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Superior Court of Ontario, the Divisional Court of Ontario and the Ontario Court of Appeal. She has also mediated and arbitrated many cases to successful resolution.
