K&L Gates Adds Tokyo Finance Partner

Global law firm K&L Gates LLP welcomes Dominic Gregory as a finance partner in its Tokyo office. Gregory joins K&L Gates from the London office of Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP.

Gregory is qualified in England and Wales, Hong Kong, and Japan (as a foreign qualified lawyer – gaikokuho-jimubengoshi). He focuses his practice on project financings and project development work, mining and resource transactions, restructurings and event-driven deals, including asset finance, real estate finance, and acquisition finance. His projects experience covers all forms of renewable energy and conventional projects, including mining, oil and gas, nuclear and petrochemicals transactions, and many other types of infrastructure and asset classes, including aircraft, road, rail, ships, casinos, real estate developments, data centers, battery storage, and hydrogen transactions.

Gregory also has extensive experience with green finance and many aspects of sustainable business practices. He regularly lectures, writes, and consults in these areas and participates in related global bodies and committees.

In addition to Tokyo, Gregory has lived and worked in Hong Kong, Singapore, and London. He has developed important client relationships in Japan and across the Asia and EMEA regions and the Americas.
