Squire Patton Boggs Further Expands Real Estate Team in Australia

Squire Patton Boggs is pleased to announce the appointment of Real Estate partner Dannelle Howley, who joins the firm in Sydney from Allen & Overy.

Ms Howley is a real estate law specialist with a focus on complex, structured and large-scale transactions. Her expertise spans all segments of the real estate sector and she has previously advised both listed and unlisted property funds, and private and government clients. Ms Howley is widely regarded as a leading real estate lawyer in Australia, having advised on some of the largest acquisitions, developments and leading projects across the country. She is also a regular speaker at industry conferences and forums across both Australia and the Asia Pacific Region.

Ms Howley currently advises clients in relation to some of Australia’s most iconic real estate assets. Transactions she has previously acted on include the acquisitions of the Australia Postal headquarters, Four Seasons Hotel Sydney and the Victorian Police Complex.
