Rimon is proud to welcome Real Estate attorney Richmond (Rick) Flowers, who will open the firm’s St. Petersburg, FL office, as a Partner. He joins Rimon from Adam & Reese LLP, where he was a Partner. He is the 23rd Partner to join Rimon in 2020.
Mr. Flowers’ practice focuses on the real estate industry, where he represents clients in both transactional work and litigations. He documents, negotiates, and closes complex commercial real estate transactions, real estate loans, residential and commercial leases, easements, licenses, real estate workouts, and asset-based loans.
At Rimon, Mr. Flowers joins Real Estate Partners Juan Zuniga, Debbie Klis, Phil Wang, Geoffrey Perusse, and Angie Gonzales, who regularly represent major investors in domestic and international real estate developments, acquisitions, and financings.

Mr. Flowers earned a J.D. from Stetson University College of Law where he was awarded cum laude and was Assistant Editor of the Stetson Law Review, and a B.S.B.A. in Finance and Economics from the University of Florida with Honors.
