Jeff Schenk, former Assistant U.S. Attorney and Chief of the San Jose Branch of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California, will join the Firm as a partner in the Investigations & White Collar Defense Practice. Mr. Schenk will be based in the Silicon Valley Office.
Patrick Hammon, who has successfully litigated high-profile intellectual property, white collar defense, antitrust and other complex commercial disputes, has joined Pillsbury’s Silicon Valley office as partner. Hammon spent a dozen years at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and the last few years at McManis Faulkner before coming to Pillsbury.
