Reed Smith Expands its China Practice with Appointment of New Global Regulatory and Investigations Partner

Global law firm, Reed Smith, today announced that Dora Wang has joined as a partner in its Global Regulatory Enforcement practice, and will be based in the firm’s Shanghai and New York. Dora joins Reed Smith from Morgan Lewis & Bockius, and brings more than a decade of experience in regulatory affairs in the US and Asia with also significant experience in international negotiations and crisis management.

Dora Wang is a US/UK-trained lawyer with extensive regulatory compliance and white collar investigations experience. She advises multinational corporations on antitrust and competition matters, cybersecurity and data privacy laws, anti-corruption/anti-bribery issues, due diligence in mergers and acquisitions, compliance audit and policy formulation and implementation, and dispute resolution matters.
