Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli announced today that Joshua Reynolds has joined the firm’s Corporate and Transactional Group in the San Francisco office as a principal. Reynolds counsels private equity sponsors, strategic purchasers and sellers who buy and sell middle market companies that extend across a diverse number of industries with a primary focus on healthcare provider services and technology transactions. Reynolds joins the firm from the San Francisco office of McGuireWoods, LLP.
“Joshua brings a depth of understanding in complex middle market corporate transactions and mergers and acquisitions which will support the increasing demand of clients in California and nationally,” said Jonathan Henderson, chair of Polsinelli’s Corporate and Transactional Group and co-lead of the firm’s Health Care M+A Practice. “His experience advising clients in healthcare and technology transactions will further enhance our ability to serve clients on the West Coast and across the country.”
Reynolds provides clients with comprehensive legal counsel rooted in an understanding of each client’s business and the industry in which they operate. He works closely with private equity sponsors and strategic purchasers and sellers to help clients achieve their business goals whether seeking capital, expanding, winding down, or facing financial restructuring. Reynolds earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of California Hastings College of Law in 2009 and his B.A., manga cum laude from George Washington University in 2005.
