Vasquez, who reunites with Michele Ballard Miller, chair of the firm’s West Coast L&E practice, joins as a member and will work out of its San Francisco office.

As it executes on its expansion plans, Pillsbury has brought on two veteran insolvency and restructuring lawyers, Joshua Morse, who will join as a partner, and Jonathan Doolittle, who will join as senior counsel. Morse comes to Pillsbury from DLA Piper, while Doolittle is from Reed Smith. They will be resident in San Francisco.
