U.S. law firm LeClairRyan augmented the staff in its San Francisco offices with three attorneys and one legal assistant, according to a press release. Bridget McInerney Harris and L. Randolph Harris joined as shareholders to assist the practices for corporate and taxes while D. Karen Maready comes aboard as an associate.
Rounding out the newly placed San Francisco legal jobs is Georgina M. De Brito, who is set to fill a legal assistant position.
“We are excited to have Bridget, Randy and their team join us,” office leader Peter M. Hart with the San Francisco office said. “With their addition, we are expanding the depth and breadth of the corporate services we are able to offer clients in California.”
The law firm’s corporate department chief said the new hires add “significant strength” to the practice’s West Coast interests, noting the specific areas of taxation, trusts and real estate.
The law firm was established in 1988 and employs 350 attorneys in offices in California, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Washington, D.C.
