Kendall Lovell Joins Snell & Wilmer San Diego Office as Counsel

Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Kendall M. Lovell has joined the San Diego office as counsel in the Litigation, Investigations, and Trials Practice Group.

Lovell represents businesses in complex commercial litigation matters involving a variety of industries. Her practice focuses on business disputes, including contractual disputes, fraud, product liability, intellectual property, and construction-related matters. She has experience handling a broad range of litigation matters in both federal and state courts, including disputes involving trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights, and patents.

Lovell brings extensive litigation experience to her practice, including trial preparation, second-chair trial experience, and regularly drafting and arguing dispositive motions, temporary restraining orders, and discovery motions. She also has experience managing domestic and international trademark portfolios and working with foreign counsel to protect clients’ intellectual property rights.

Lovell earned her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and her B.S. in Neuropsychology from St. Mary’s College of California.
