Alexis Finkelberg Bortniker has joined Cooley’s San Diego office as a partner in the firm’s global life sciences and healthcare regulatory practice group. Bortniker arrives from Foley & Lardner, where she co-chaired its healthcare transaction group and its healthcare and life sciences sector’s payer/provider convergence area of focus. Her practice focuses on health regulatory counseling and transactional matters advising technology-based innovators and disruptors shaping the new healthcare landscape.
