Jones Day adds Banking, Finance & Securities partner Brian Trudgen to Pittsburgh Office

The global law firm Jones Day has announced that Brian Trudgen has joined the Firm in Pittsburgh as a partner in its Banking, Finance & Securities Practice.

Mr. Trudgen provides U.S. and international counsel to leading banks in leveraged finance transactions, including many sponsor-driven transactions. He has significant experience directing bank financings in the context of recapitalizations, refinancings, restructurings, and acquisitions. He has also provided substantial representation for leasing companies in connection with equipment lease and lease portfolio transactions. Mr. Trudgen has likewise represented several companies as borrowers in connection with their secured credit facilities.

With a reputation spanning multiple sectors, Mr. Trudgen has a broad range of experience in the financing of varied types of assets, such as aircraft, vessels, railcars, federal government receivables, titled equipment, and financial instruments, as well as credit facilities guaranteed by the Export-Import Bank of the United States.
