Bradley E. Wright Joins Thriving Real Estate Practice in Polsinelli’s Phoenix Office

Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli welcomes real estate attorney Bradley E. Wright as shareholder in the firm’s Phoenix office. Wright joins the firm’s national Real Estate Practice, having represented clients of all sizes on complex business matters often involving the intersection of law, public policy, finance and real estate.  Prior to joining Polsinelli, Wright was at Squire Patton Boggs LLP.

Wright has built a career as general counsel to companies large and small, using his real estate, business, and public policy experience and his leadership skills to drive complex economic development, real estate, sports, and a host of other initiatives to successful completion or through times of crisis.

“As Polsinelli’s Real Estate Practice continues to grow, we’re pleased to add Bradley and his extensive experience to the team,” said Polsinelli Real Estate Division Chair Eric G. Greenfield. “Whether working for his clients or serving his community, Bradley’s leadership has been a key component to success.”

Wright’s real estate development and finance experience includes mixed-use commercial developments, master planned communities, home building, golf courses and publicly owned professional sports facilities. He has managed complex litigation matters and negotiated several high-profile disputes to successful resolution.

“Having represented clients both as in-house general counsel and in private practice, I appreciate the opportunity to join a team as exceptionally deep and balanced as Polsinelli’s,” said Wright. “I was particularly drawn to Polsinelli’s balance of extraordinary service to our clients and demonstrable commitment to serving the community.”

Wright earned his bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University before obtaining a J.D. from Washington University School of Law.

Wright was appointed by Governor Ducey as an Arizona Zanjero, and is a two-term Governor’s appointee and past chairman of the Arizona Sports and Tourism Authority. He was chairman of the Arizona Organizing Committee that successfully hosted the 2016 College Football Playoff Championship Game, and he served on the board of the Phoenix Local Organizing Committee for the 2017 NCAA Final Four. Wright also serves on the Greater Phoenix Economic Council executive committee, the Arizona Chamber executive committee and the Valley Partnership board of directors, and he is a past chairman of WESTMARC.

Wright joins Polsinelli’s expanding Real Estate and Financial Services Department, which recently welcomed attorneys Andrew Cromer, Dora Acherman and Louis D. Rubin in Miami, Rafael Santos-Hernández and Arielle Frost in New York, Amber L. Munday in Chicago, Lauren E. Hirt in Denver, Kristian J.F. Bornemann in San Francisco, and Robert J. Bello in the Chicago and Los Angeles offices.

Polsinelli’s growing national Real Estate Practice welcomes Wright to a deep bench of attorneys who provide the practical solutions clients value, as well as vast experience in areas that include transactions, financing structures and land use entitlements from acquisition and financing through development and leasing. The Practice achieved a National Tier One ranking in Real Estate Law by U.S. News & World Report’s 2021 “Best Law Firms” list.
