Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has added Andrea M. Kirshenbaum as a shareholder in its Philadelphia office. Kirshenbaum was previously a principal at Post & Schell, where she chaired the firm’s Employment and Labor Practice Group.
International law firm Clark Hill PLC announced today that the firm has combined with Philadelphia-based Larsson & Scheuritzel P.C. effective Jan. 1, 2023. The move expands Clark Hill’s presence in Philadelphia and New York and adds four lawyers from the well-regarded real estate boutique. David Larsson and Bruce Ritter join Clark Hill as Members in the Real Estate practice, Paul Scheuritzel is Senior Counsel in the Litigation practice, and Daniel Gibbon is Senior Counsel in the Corporate practice.
