Paul Hastings Expands in Paris with Addition of Leading Leveraged Finance Partner Olivier Vermeulen

Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that leveraged finance partner Olivier Vermeulen has joined the Paris office as a partner and head of the Finance practice in the office. Mr. Vermeulen joins from King & Wood Mallesons, where he was head of the Paris Finance department, and brings a team of three lawyers with him.

Mr. Vermeulen has broad experience in leveraged finance, funds financing, structured finance, debt restructuring and general lending and securitization, advising financial institutions and private equity funds. He is recognized in Chambers Europe and Legal 500 EMEA for Banking & Finance.
