Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that Jean-Louis Martin has joined as a partner and head of the real estate department in the Paris office. He brings with him associates Arielle Messawer, David Bensimon, and Quentin Jobard.

Mr. Martin was head of the real estate department of King & Wood Mallesons in Paris, and co-head of the Real Estate European & Middle East sector group.

He specializes in real estate transactions, with a particular focus on acquisitions and sales of assets, portfolios, financing, and formation of real estate funds.
