McDermott Will & Emery Strengthens its Paris Corporate Team with the Arrival of David Revcolevschi as Partner

McDermott Will & Emery, a leading global law firm today announced that David Revcolevschi has joined the Firm’s Paris office as a partner. David’s arrival strengthens an already robust corporate team in France, with a focus on capital markets and securities law. Prior to joining McDermott, David practiced at Paul Hastings, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Skadden Arps.

“David’s reputation in capital markets brings our clients a new depth of experience on our corporate M&A team, complementing our industry-leading private equity and industrial M&A practices. His sector-based approach, particularly in health and technology, also aligns with our development strategy,” said Grégoire Andrieux, Managing Partner of the Paris office.

David mainly advises on capital market and M&A transactions in France and abroad and more generally on all aspects of the life and governance of listed companies. He has extensive experience in cross border transactions, in particular in the field of securities offerings, as counsel to issuers, banks and shareholders.

In particular, he has advised on more than 30 IPO projects and on numerous other equity or equity-linked securities offering transactions carried out by companies operating in various sectors, in particular, the life sciences (biotech, medical devices) and technology (software, semiconductors, equipments, IT services, telecom) sectors, as well as in the air transport, aeronautic, real estate, leisure, chemical, infrastructure, and financial institutions sectors. He also acts in enforcement actions involving issuers or their managers and employees before the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
