Clifford Chance Strengthens its Antitrust Practice With the Recruitment of David Tayar as a Partner

Leading international law firm Clifford Chance announced today that David Tayar is to join the firm’s global Antitrust practice as a partner in the Paris office.

Tayar has extensive experience in Antitrust, particularly in handling first and second stage complex merger control investigations for both European and French Antitrust agencies and in coordinating multijurisdictional filings. He regularly advises large corporates in restrictive arrangements and monopolisation cases before European and French competition authorities and courts, as well as in administrative proceedings in relation to State aid investigations, representing both aid recipients and complainants.
