Ashurst Further Strengthens European Real Estate Team With Senior Partner Hire

International law firm Ashurst announces the appointment of Patrick Gerry as a partner in the real estate team in Paris. Patrick joins from Simmons & Simmons, where he headed up the firm’s real estate team in Paris. He has over twenty years’ experience in real estate transactions, including investment, development, fund structuring, financing, asset management and litigation. In addition to his expertise in real estate, Patrick also advises on Islamic finance.

Patrick will be also be joined by associates Constance Guillaume and Anaïs Fromaget, as well as Nausicaa Marzolf, all joining from Simmons & Simmons. The real estate practice in Paris now consists of a team of ten and further benefits from a unique structure within the market due to its partnership with the integrated notarial office Flusin & Associés.
