Allen & Overy Builds on Strength of Infrastructure Team With New Partner Hire

Allen & Overy Paris has announced the arrival of Driss Bererhi as a partner in the Banking & Finance team and the Infrastructure and Energy group of the Paris office, accompanied by Tzvétomira Pacheva, senior associate.

Driss Bererhi is a specialist in banking and financing law, with a specific expertise in the infrastructure and energy sectors. He worked on leading infrastructure projects in France during his time at Freshfields and Willkie Farr, and then subsequently as a partner at Bird & Bird. He is one of the most recognised and well-regarded specialists in Parisian legal circles.

The arrival of Driss aims to build on the excellence of the Banking and Finance, Infrastructure and Energy teams in the Paris office, in line with the firm’s outstanding global practice. As a result, A&O Paris now has a full range of advisers in public/regulatory law, M&A and financing, who can work alongside industrial companies, investment funds, financial institutions and public sector bodies.
