Winston & Strawn Adds Leading Project Finance Partner in New York

Winston & Strawn LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Jason Goldstein as a partner in the firm’s New York office. An industry leader in stadium finance, Jason is highly regarded in the areas of project finance and development, as well as real estate finance and management. He joins Winston from DLA Piper.

Jason has significant experience handling complex financing and real estate transactions throughout the United States. His practice focuses on sports stadium and arena projects, including negotiation of project ground leases and development documents, facility use agreements, and financings throughout the lifespan of such projects. In addition, Jason has broad experience in a wide range of real estate matters, including representation of commercial lenders in conventional mortgage and construction lending, workouts, and restructuring of loans.

Jason received his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and his B.A. from Haverford College.
