Squire Patton Boggs is pleased to announce that Adam Nazette has joined the Financial Services Practice as a partner in the firm’s Cleveland and New York offices.
Mr. Nazette focuses his practice on commercial financing transactions, advising lenders and borrowers on a domestic and cross-border basis across a broad range of industries. He regularly structures, negotiates and documents financing transactions of various types, including secured and unsecured facilities, senior and mezzanine debt placements, general working capital facilities, asset-based loans, acquisition facilities and project financing transactions.
