The Firm recently represented the underwriters, led by Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Goldman, Sachs & Co. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, in connection with a public offering by FedEx Corporation (“FedEx”) of $750 million aggregate principal amount of 3.25% Notes due 2026 and $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.55% Notes due 2046. The Notes are guaranteed by 10 subsidiaries of FedEx.
