Sidley Expands Its Market-Leading Litigation Practice With Partner Randi Singer in New York

Sidley is pleased to announce that Randi Singer has joined as a partner in the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Disputes group in New York. She joins Sidley from Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where she was a litigation partner and a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property/Media practice. She also led its Privacy & Cybersecurity group.

Ms. Singer is widely regarded as one of the top intellectual property litigators in the country. Her practice focuses on copyright, Lanham Act false advertising, trademark litigation, and class actions, as well as privacy, cybersecurity, and complex commercial litigation. In addition to her national trial experience, Ms. Singer also regularly advises clients on all stages of advertising, copyright, trademark, privacy, AI, technology, and social media issues.
