Global law firm White & Case LLP continues to expand its Global Banking Practice with the addition of Sherri Snelson as a partner in New York. Snelson will work closely with the Firm’s Financial Institutions and Private Equity (PE) Industry Groups. Snelson was previously a finance partner at O’Melveny.

Snelson has extensive experience working with private equity portfolio companies, lenders and private equity funds in connection with financing transactions, with a focus on leveraged financings.
Over the course of her career, Snelson has acted as lead counsel on hundreds of finance transactions that span a wide array of industries and jurisdictions throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia.
