Robert K. Gross Joins LeClairRyan in New York

Robert K. Gross has joined LeClairRyan as a partner in the national law firm’s business litigation practice. He is based in the firm’s New York office.

Gross uses his knowledge and experience in a range of practice areas to help companies, entrepreneurs and nonprofit organizations in the U.S. and abroad develop and pursue legal strategies for managing risks, advancing their interests and achieving their goals.

As an experienced litigator, Gross has prosecuted, defended and resolved many state and federal court cases involving business and financial arrangements, directors’ and officers’ obligations, real estate and construction, intellectual property, executive employment matters, bankruptcy and restructuring issues, healthcare management, defamation claims, and media and communications.

A former general counsel of a healthcare system, Gross is also experienced in managing investigations and regulatory audits, and the development of compliant policies and training materials.

A graduate of Yale College (B.A.) and Yale Law School (J.D.), Gross is admitted in New York and to numerous federal courts.
