Polsinelli, an Am Law 100 firm, announced today that Patrick Doherty has joined the firm in New York as a Shareholder in the firm’s Corporate and Transactional practice.
Doherty advises clients, which include private equity sponsors and publicly- and privately-held companies on a range of corporate and transactional matters. His experience includes a particular focus on leveraged buy-outs, taking private and other merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions.
