Morgan, Deutsche Bank Securities, Wells Fargo Securities and UBS Investment Bank as joint book-running managers for Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc.’s (NYSE: BXMT) public offering of class A common stock.

Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc., a real estate finance company that primarily originates and purchases senior mortgage loans collateralized by properties in the United States and Europe, sold a total of 25,875,000 shares of class A common stock priced at $25.50 per share (including the full exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option). The transaction raised gross proceeds of approximately $660 million. Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc. is externally managed by a subsidiary of The Blackstone Group, L.P.
