Haynes Boone is delighted to welcome Partner Richard Weber as chair of the firm’s Financial Services Investigations and Enforcement Practice, bolstering the firm’s capabilities in white-collar defense, government enforcement and financial crimes compliance. Weber will be based in the firm’s New York office. Most recently, Weber was a partner and co-chair of the Financial Crimes Compliance practice at Winston & Strawn LLP and held senior executive positions at Deutsche Bank and UBS, leading anti-financial crime efforts across the Americas.
