East Coast Firms Set to Merge
New Jersey firm Pitney Hardin and Connecticut-based Day, Berry & Howard are set to merge as of the beginning of 2007. The combined firm will have a significant East Coast presence, with approximately 400 attorneys in offices located in New York, Washington, D.C., and Boston, among others.
