Simpson Thacher represented Celulosa Arauco y Constitución S.A., a Chilean corporation, in its purchase of all of the shares of Flakeboard Company Limited, a Canadian company which owns and operates seven production facilities in the United States and Canada and is the largest producer of composite wood panels in North America.
