Carlyle Holdings Finance L.L.C., an indirect finance subsidiary of The Carlyle Group L.P., issued and sold $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 3.875% Senior Notes due 2023 guaranteed by The Carlyle Group L.P., Carlyle Holdings I L.P., Carlyle Holdings II L.P. and Carlyle Holdings III L.P. Carlyle intends to use the net proceeds from the sale of the notes to repay outstanding borrowings under its revolving credit facility and for general corporate purposes.
