Clifford Chance today announced that Michael Sabin has joined the Firm’s Corporate team as a partner in New York. Sabin’s practice focuses on advising sponsors of private investment funds on structuring and formation matters. Sabin joins Clifford Chance from Debevoise & Plimpton, where he acted for a variety of fund sponsors, including buyout, real estate, energy, infrastructure and credit opportunities funds, and hedge funds.
