Drawing from their own Public Finance, Securities, and Litigation practices, the group will be made up of over 20 associates. The new group has been founded as a reaction to clients dealing with audits and reviews of tax-exempt bond transactions. The group will be headed by Jeremy Spector of the firm’s New York ofice.
