Leech Tishman Folds in Fellheimer Eichen Lawyers to Open New Philadelphia Office

Leech Tishman is pleased to announce that it has joined forces with Alan S. Fellheimer and John J. Jacko, III of Fellheimer & Eichen LLP to open Leech Tishman’s new Philadelphia, PA office. The new office will be located at 1417 Locust Street, 3rd Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19102.

Fellheimer and Jacko bring with them years of experience providing business & commercial litigation, creditors’ rights, dispute resolution, finance and banking, and employment-related legal services to national and international companies across a variety of industries.

Fellheimer primarily focuses his practice on commercial litigation and transactional, workout and debt restructuring matters that arise from it. He handles a range of matters involving regulatory compliance for banks and other financial institutions, defends clients facing white-collar criminal charges, and applies his negotiation and litigation skills to complicated family law issues. Prior to establishing his previous firm, Fellheimer & Eichen, LLP, Fellheimer spent nearly 20 years managing and owning banks and other financial institutions, serving as Chairman and CEO of the Pennsylvania Business Bank, a Pennsylvania-chartered bank (1998-2008). He was also CEO and Chairman of Equimark Corp., a federally chartered bank holding company lists on the New York Stock Exchange (1985-1991).

Jacko represents clients in the areas of business, commercial and employment litigation encompassing confidentiality and non-competition agreements, Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Occupational Safety and Health Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act. He is also well-versed in creditors’ rights legal issues.
